Founded in 2010 by Steve Whitcomb - President of EnC IT to help the home based user with any computer issue.
While running EnC IT we discovered a serious lack of good affordable help for the average computer user.
With technology changing at a rapid rate and virus, spam and malware attacks on the rise, there is a void in the support of home based computer help.
Our goal is to provide a positive experience for the user so they can enjoy the computer that they have instead of being frustrated with it.
